How quickly can we integrate?
Most customers are live in under 30 minutes. Either by adding our lightweight JavaScript SDK or connecting to their existing stack (Google Ads, Everflow, Adjust, etc.).
What happens if we don't have fraud protection?
The Ad Fraud is rising issue and a multi billion dollar business for Fraudster. Fraud is common on almost all digital marketing channels. You risk spending on fake clicks, invalid conversions, and low-quality traffic that distorts your campaign data. Most teams underestimate the impact until it’s too late.
Do you offer a free trial or demo?
We offer a 14 day free trial. You can test our integrations and filters to see how effective our solution is for your specific use case. If you do not cancel your plan during the trial period we will convert your account into a paid subscription once your trial ends.
How does Up / Downgrading between plans work?
Plan changes are possible at any moment. We apply the following rules when changing plans.
Plan Upgrade:
Takes immediate effect and you get instant access to the features / volumes of the larger plan. You will be billed a prorated plan on the difference between your current plan and the plan you are upgrading too.
Plan Downgrade:
Your plan will automatically downgrade on the next billing cycle. You can downgrade any time before the current billing cycle ends.
What happens if I exceed the Trial Limit?
If you exceed your included volume on the Trial you will receive a message from our system that you have reached the end of your trial. We will then automatically convert your trial into a paid subscription to prevent any interruptions of your tracking links / conversion screening.
What is your minimum contract length?
By default our contract length is 1 month. We do not require any paper work and you can start straight away.
Besides the monthly we do offer annual contracts with a 17% discount as well as custom pricings for Enterprise customers.
