This document outlines the list of sub-processors authorized by 24metrics GmbH (“we”, “us”, “our”) to process personal data on behalf of our customers, in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
1. About This Document
As a B2B SaaS provider, we rely on carefully selected third-party vendors (“Sub-Processors”) to support the delivery of our services. We regularly review our sub-processors for security, privacy, and compliance. Below you will find details of each sub-processor, the nature of the service they provide, and the types of data processed.

3. Sub-Processor Onboarding & Notifications
24metrics GmbH assesses all sub-processors for security and data protection before engagement. Customers will be notified in advance of any intended changes concerning the addition or replacement of sub-processors, as required by our DPA.
4. Data Transfers & Safeguards
Where sub-processors are located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place to ensure adequate protection of personal data.
